Bad customer servive

I am not happy with MTn customer care. Iv been calling MTN to help me with divert my calls. Been calling from yesterday and no help. My number is ***. I tried again today , I was on the line for more than 20 minutes been sent from one department to another. Now I cannot get through to consultants. How do I get help. All the ussd codes the gave me yesterday I'm getting an error and the error is wrong mmi code... I'm not happy. Went to a store and they don't know how to help. Ilat the call centre I spoke to zanele , jade, sphiwe and lot of consultants in1 call. Sending me from pillar to post. I need someone to me call back
