Bad customer services

MTN’s customer services is the worst. I called in regarding a payment that went off twice on my account that still has not been paid back The first person I spoke to seem like he wasn’t interested in assisting me and took his own time sounded like he was still sleeping The second person had the nerve to actually shout at me, first she tell me no managers can take a call then she says a manager is on n escalation, she keeps quiet, speaks in her own languages with her colleagues and then **** me off more I literally wasted a r60 airtime to get this resolved but nothing was resolved
