bad customer services

Mtn customer service is worst , the agents has a terrible attitude and are *********** to assist . I have been trying for almost a week to get my services reconnected . i made payment on incorrect reference number the agent provide me and still they could not trace payment while i submitted several times the proof. Their still struggle to assist me with my query. Services are really bad
