Bad customer service(Day light *******)

I've been using MTN network for years now and really I don't know why am I still using this network because all they do is to rob they customers, well this is the second time I'm ****en complaining about this Bosser Network, so all this time along I've been buying the monthly(R30)WhatsApp Data, but it wasn't lasting me for 2 weeks, so I came up with a strategy that I'll buy the one for 7Days(R5) first week it did last me for 7 days, boom time goes pass every after 2 Days I bought the Data, when I get up in the morning I'll find out that I no longer have Data for whatsApp, so last week Thursday around 5pm(4 October)I bought the 7 Days Data for whatsApp,last night when I went to bed, I had 58 mb, so this morning when I'm getting up, switch on my mobile Data, go on whatsApp, connecting one way, so I quickly check my Data, Boom its 0mb, where my 58mb went too? So I phone 173(MTN) spoke with Phumelele Dlodlo she told me that I do have whatsApp Data after she check on her side on the system, I must switch off my phone and mobile data since I can't take out the battery out off my phone because I use an IPhone, so I did as she instructed, boom still my Data are not there, so I phone again(173), Ondwa Msani I spoke too, well I explained everything to her, she said she'll be able to assist me after 1 minutes she comes up with a story telling me that my Data expired meanwhile Phumelele Dlodlo did confirm to me that it was 7 days Data and on her system they do show, who's the fool now ????? Me the customer??? Lord have mercy on these people they really don't know what they doing, this is not how you do business, MTN stop robbing your customers, haven't you notice that all your customers are running to Telkom now????? Yey I want my Data back I'm tired of being ****** by you Satan Network, this is a day light ******* I tell you my fellow friends!!!!!
