Bad customer service with MTN!!!

If they ever phone you, hang up immediately. Literally agreed on an account online. When I get the sim and activate it, it didn't come with the agreed amount of data. I called and cancelled, they still haven't cancelled and its been a full 2 months yet they continue debiting money out my account but the sim card is blocked ! ? worst customer service ever!! @MtnMondo
