Bad customer service : unresolved query in 31 days

I did not even wanna rate them, but there's no way I could write this without a rating them. MTN really isn't for all us. I asked that they discontinue an additional data bundle that they sold me without being truthful on January 11 and still on February 11th they had done nothing. All they care about is business. The unfairness in this. My family and I are supposed to renew our contracts June, but u know it's not gonna happen. I can't wait to be out of this network. They don't care about customer service. Exactly 31 days and they had done nothing. Nothing to solve my query coz all they wanna do is just deduct money. They don't take their customers seriously
