BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE STUFF!!

Bad customer service. Yesterday I went to MTN Dainfern Square, the two ladies Precious and Minnentle were in a hurry to take their lunch break, they kept saying the system is slow and were in hurry to finish with my enquiry. Before making payment for the wifi services I asked them questions which they rep**** with positive answers. When I get home the wifi is not working I call them back, only for them to tell me it will only start working from next month even though they confirmed it will work after I restarted the router. They say I cant get a refund because the money has been allocated. Why would they keep my money when theres still two more weeks before new month. Useless staff, not professional and lack product knowledge. mtn I want my refund!!
