Bad customer service s****s

I must say I'm very disappointed in MTN no dual sim phones? And I must say the staff of the Newtown junction branch are not very pleasant staff to deal with. I went to the store to enquire about a dual sim phone as I'm due for an upgrade, wow All the lasy said was we don't do dual sim phones, try Vodacom or Cell C if I wanted to do business with Vodacom or cell c I would have went to them
