Bad customer service Sandton City MTN

I am very disappointed in the customer service at the MTN Store in Sandton City opposite Wimpy. You will get a ticket and wait very long while the staff are busy on personal calls and cellphones, just staring at you when you are taking time out of your lunch. They have no urgency and need training for customer service I have been a long-standing client with MTN and expected better service in store. Please can cameras be placed inside for Head office to see what we go through as clients. I needed to buy MOMO but couldn't as my lunch was over with no help from anyone.
