Bad customer service regarding customer upgrade.

Mtn were contacted on numerous occasions(e-mails, phone calls to customer services, sales department and in store visits) since the 4th of October 2017 to assist with the cancellation of an ******* upgrade. Mtn phoned and promised to rectify the problem unfortunately nothing happened.
