Bad customer service, poor connection. MTN is no longer what it was when I joined.

Today is October 3, 2023, my MTN connection has started working after a long 24 days of zero assistance from MTN. My data renews on the 11th of every month, their service stopped working on Sept 8, 2023 and they kept saying they will get back to me till I received a message today on Twitter saying the tower new me is working, the connection is indeed working now, I just got home from work.

Now my issue is that I have a bill that they expect me to pay but they can see that the data they provide me is still intact due to having no service. I tried calling their customer care line but I was put on hold till I gave up and dropped the line.

I think best thing to do next os contact the ombudsman cause there os no way I will he paying for a service that has not worked all month.

I need a supervisor to call me, since they cant puck the phone up when I call. I unfortunately cannot wait for an hour to get a assistance from a company that calls itself a service provider. They dont even have a callback service.
