Bad Customer service, Not helpful at all

<p>I am logging this on behalf of my mom and dad. My dad received an sms that there was a problem with the debit order and that MTN will double deducet in November. My mom Called 808 and told them not to take double, that she will make a cash payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>She made the payment on the 21/11/2016 and stil they took a double payment after my mother told them not to. She did not give them any premision to take double.</p> <p> </p> <p>She was told to go to her nearest MTN store. She went to the branch in Parys (Freestate) and told them what happend. She was told that the Manager Mohamed is not in and that he will only be in on Monday. My mother explaid that she cannot come back on Monday as my father is workin.</p> <p> </p> <p>They make copy of the deposit slip, but did not wrote anything down as to what the query was. She was only told that Mohamed will call her on Monday. Now Monday has come and gone.. And no one has call my mother. Here is my mother's ref. number: ********** 49</p> <p> </p> <p>Can some one from MTN please call my mother on ********** and resolve this problem. You guys did not have the right to take double, as my mother made a depisot.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disipointed in MTN. You'll use to be the best network provider.</p>
