Bad customer service MTN

I have been trying to contact MTN for 3 weeks now, and it is impossible if you do no have an MTN number. I had a contract with MTN in 2013, it was closed off I need a paid up let for the account. I even went this morning to MTN in campus square. The lady told me she can't help me, I must find someone with an MTN number. Didn't even try to see if she can access my account
