Bad customer service MTN

MTN , still owes me answers to my mails.Mail regarding my migration to another package still not answered. Regarding the upgrade i was only asked for my id number. Nothing has been done since. I also enquired why i have receiving an otp as i didnt request any service. Still no reply.
