Bad customer service im unhappy

Something keeps taking my airtime and im not subscribing to any content services and im not out of data bundle when i check on my phone it shows, that im not using airtime for data. But something keeps taking my airtime when i call the call center they keep telling me there is nothing they can do because im out of bundle and i explained that im not but the keep accusing me of things i did not do they told me i bought data for R10 yesterday and i did not please help me and pay back all my airtime
