Bad customer service from MTN

Horrible these ones ...left me without internet and having to work from home, after one of their consultants told me my payment is up to date and I will pay end of September, I am not impressed at all, even want to cancel my account with them, after I had a horrible encounter with them from the beginning... I hate being inconvenienced
