Bad customer service from MTN

Very very bad service from MTN, transferring you from 1 department to another, then back to the department you already spoke to, alot of noise in the background you can hardly hear what the consultant is saying alot of kids, then eventually you are transferred again back to the right department only for them not to talk they just keep you on hold
