Bad customer service from MTN

I am trying to cancel my MTN contract, I have spent my day talking to numerous people that can't seem to help me with my cancellation request. I am very frustrated with the service that I am receiving. After waiting for 20 minutes to talk to an employee that can help me, they transfer me to another number that supposedly will help me, but it is then the wrong department and we start over. This is really bad customer service.
