Bad customer service from Mtn

Mtn their customer service is very bad and poor, that is why I left it 4 years back. I was hoping by now it would have improved. I have been calling then since morning for my new application but they have been taken me to pillar to post. I am told that my information is still on the old system but no one is able to assist me.

I spoke to their sales agent on Friday and that guy was very rude and didn't want to hear my thoughts. Mtn can you upgrade your customer service because it is very irritating.
