Bad Customer Service from MTN

MTN has to have the worst customer services ever. On 17 July I bought data using their MTN app, I received email confirmation that my transaction was successful and the rands left my account but till today 19 July my data has not been provided. The customer care call agents do not have any knowledge of process and procedures and could not provide reasons as to why the issue occurred. The one agent also hung up the phone on me. Diabolical customer care.
