Bad Customer Service

I would like to reporta bad Customer service, l've been trying to do a simple sim swap for days and your so called Customer service Champion, they not champions after all especially a consultant named Sisipho, you can even listen to all calls under my numbers. their service is revolting and extremely bad. Their Customer service stinks they don't care about your company and reputation. You say all your calls are recorded, then you must start listening to your calls and then you will see how u loose you customers. Please sort my sim card because you allowed someone to hack my sim card and do ***** with my number without doing security check. Im very disappointed I have been your customer for more than 30 years and this is how l am treated. I am NOT HAPPY at all.
