Bad Customer Service

I had a contract upgrade the 13th of October. The consultant I spoke with affirmed that my device would be delivered within 3-10 business days. However it’s almost a month now and I have not received my package, nor has any consultant contacted me regarding the status of my delivery. Please look into this so I have my delivery ASAP.
