Bad customer service ever.

Am writing this post with a very heavy heart Am using MTN SIM card but since yesterday my sim card is not working and I don't what's the problem it's says the number is not available on MTN network. I called today and I spoke to Nomkhosi Mbatha the agent was very rude and it look like she don't know what she was doing when I ask to speak to a manager she told me there is no manager available on the floor, The question is what kind of service provider where the is no manager to assist when agent stuck on doing their job. The agent that I spoke was very rude she don't understand how painful it is to stuck without your number. I hope MTN will reimburse my data because I had purchased 7 days data that unable to use it due to their system error. The number that I called with is ***. I will be glad if MTN can listen to that and understand what we go through as customer due to their employees.
