Bad customer service

MTN is very bad company. Someone *****ulently opened up a new contract telling me he is upgrading my contract. I call them to fix the issue for the longest time it does not get fixed. Now my credit score is messed up because I have to pay for things I didn’t sign up to now they are saying they will suspend my services…after this is solved im cancelling all my contracts with them I also would not advise you use them .
