Bad customer service

I made online order for a home internet router with unlimited data at 5g speed on the 4th of may and paid their upfront usage fee. To date it has not been delivered and no one between mtn and their courier service DSV gives me a straight answer. I trusted them because this is not the first order I made but they just lost my trust.
