Bad customer service

I was visiting the mtn at Newtown Junction, the store was empty and they were mopping the floor. The consultant ( guy in particular) made me wait outside until the floor dried. I don’t think operating times include the customer waiting outside because the floor is wet, the floor should be mopped after the store has closed. He was very rude about it overall. He lacks customer service and should be disciplined.
