bad customer service

For the past week I've been calling everyday to mtn coverage to get access to my wifi. I've spoken to other mtn lte users to find out if they have the Same issue and their not. This is very frustrating yet they expect me to pay for services that i cant use. They let you hold for almost an hour to fix wifi that will then work for 10 minutes then I have to call them again. You are the worst service provider I've ever come across
