Bad customer service

MTN insurance & admyntec are useless, stay away from them when it comes to insuring your devices with them. I sent in a claim last year 20 November 2019, nothing was said no communication whatsoever, now i have to be the one calling them and asking if they received my claim. That is not how to run a business, January i was then informed about an excess which i then paid. but till today no one has ever gotten back to me just after they requested for a pick up location.
