Bad Customer Service

Good day,

On Wednesday the 20th of August I went to your MTN outlet in Wonderpark, Pretoria and I was assist by Thembeka a very unprofessional woman who doesn't understand how to assist clients.

I wanted to do a sinswap:_ 1. She said my number still shows as a contract not prepaid. 2. She logged a call and promised to call me the following day. 3. I am still waiting for her call as I right this email. 4. Today (23-08-2025), I went back and I was told that she is off and my issue is still not resolved. 5. I can't pay my bills or people because I receive OTP's on this number 6. One other issue is that I am staying in Mabopane and can't be traveling there frequently for simswap, I also have to work. 7. Also I have bought super data for a month and it will expire without me enjoying it. 8. Apart from all my issues, I am worried about the level of professionalism in that outlet.
