Bad customer service

A very bad customer services from mtn, i have been waiting to be refunded as there was a double payment on my account.I have been waiting for mtn to refund my money since the 25th of Aug instead i am being pulled from pillar to post.the consultants everytime you call the call center you get a different story,it is never the same thing.very very poor service as for a first time customer.
