Bad customer service

I went into an mtn store about a week ago to pay my account that was in arrears. Im standing in the store and waiting to be assisted while 2 consultants are on thier phones. Today i wake up with a debit order for the same amount out of my account after i got told my debit order will only go off end of March. I phoned the call centre and they tell me i need to wait 21 days to receive my money back. No one has more than a R1000 to just throw away. The audacity of the "Service CHAMPION" to tell me i can keep it as credit or need to wait 21 days for their mistake.... Absolutely absurd......
