Bad customer service, doesn’t care about customers

MTN doesn’t care at all about customers ..if you’re thinking of joining the network, don’t you’re going to regret it.. I borrowed extra time & have a momo app whenever I buy data from the momo app they take it to repay the extra time without your permission as if you said you weren’t going to repay the extra time..they are a bunch of ******s im changing to Telkom
