Bad Customer Service

I have never had the worst service from any service provider as with MTN in Hartbee****rtdam. A Laptop is up for Special but only for the August month 2020. The store does not have in stock and that is completely understandable and has informed me that the will ask the other MTN store if they have stock. If not they will come back to me either way ,it has been almost a month - the special is ending today 31/08/2020 and yet no service has been provided.

I had to phone them every week to ask if they had phoned other store's they only told me no and no one has stock.

This is really pathetic for them to care this little !

Please up you game MTN Hartbee****rtdam !
