Bad customer service

You 112 ambulance booking is the worst call centre I have ever called. Everyone on the department has bad attitude the worst customer service. I was booking an ambulance for my son, the told they can’t find Wilgeheuwel hospital they can’t find Johannesburg eye clinic I must get the correct information. Your staffs attitude is the worst I spoke to some late on 13/09/2020 at about 14:35 she hung up on me twice. There’s a lot of people who are looking for the jobs your call centre don’t want.
