Bad customer service

MTN has just lost its credibility. I’ve been trying for months to cancel my contract with them with no success and they are busy charging me an arm and a leg. They respond to emails after 8 days or more. There are no direct contact lines and their retentions department is not helpful at all hey. I’ve been a customer for years but I’m leaving this nonsense
