BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently tried assisting my brother with getting device (Cellphone) blocked because it was ******. The consultant we spoke to by the name of Nhlamulo Mnisi was quite rude and was not sympathetic at all. As we were confirming the cellphone number(obviously because the device owner had to confirm it) he had no patience in letting us confirm the number and had no resolution so I am very disappointed in the level of service as a person that works in customer service myself that he had absolutely no patience or sympathy in assisting us and would not recommend anyone to use MTN after the service we received
