Bad Customer Service

My iPhone 14 got ****** on 12/12/23 and I went to open a police report they said I had to contact mtn to get an IMEI number first so I called MTN they refused to help me .MTN cancelled my contract and insisted I pay 23k first in order to get my phone blocked . I currently don't have the funds all I wanted was my phone found then I would charge that person and start making payments for my phone but I'm really sad and disappointed as I haven't had any luck for the past one year..
