Bad customer service

I bought a Huawei P smart 2021 on contract a few months ago and I was told that I will receive 20Gb of data after paying my first premium. I then payed the premium but I haven't received the data till today, I called customer service and reported the matter and they keep on saying they will escalate the matter.
