Bad customer service

This morning I went to MTN Ipic Soneike Shopping Cenre Kuils River to enquire about an upgrade. The lady, Mimi, who assisted me initially was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately she could not finish my application and asked the male assistant, Igshaan to assist. From the get go he came in with an attitude, being rather rude and abrasive. He constantly interuppted the other sales lady and customer next to me, while I was in a hurry to finish my application as I had an appointment. After more than 20 minutes where he was basically ignoring me, he told me I can't do the upgrade. As I was standing there, he was also very rude to an elderly lady, who had also bedn waiting long for assistance. I am really shocked at his behaviour and this is not the first time. Multiple incidents have taken place in my presence where this person is involved. He has no customer service ethics and can't talk to customers in a respectful way. Please remove this person from this branch as it is not a pleasurable experience to have him assist a customer.
