Bad Customer service

I a contract with MTN every month I make sure I pay on time before the due date which is the 7th of each month.. I always pay in-store my payments to them they always reflects late can be after a week or days and this shows by my credit report that I am a late payer

This is really affecting my credit score.. I tried to call call center and stores no help.
