Bad customer service by Lindiwe at Eyethu mall

I went to MTN branch in orangefarm at Eyethu mall trying to assisted in blacklisting my lost cell phone s5 but when I get there Lindiwe the sales consultant she didn't greet me , she gave me an attitude busy chewing a gum on my face seriously I was frustrated that I lost my phone but she frustrated me so worse with her service and even threw my documents on my face. Really I'm not happy and my contract with MTN is ending in 2 months I'm leaving MTN will go to the better service provider because of the bad service that I got from Lindiwe I hate her ***** MTN for hiring stupid and un educated sales consultant to work with customers.
