Bad Customer Service

The customer service is absolutely terrible. I ended up cancelling my new application after a month as it was not being progressed just to be met with the courier company calling me for delivery which lead to another back and forth with one agent even telling me that i cant cancel because they sent the item to be delivered. After speaking to countless agents i was finally able to cancel the application
