Bad customer service

I was at MTN alberton city today to do a sim swap around 14:40, I am not happy with their customer service and it's not the first time receiving such bad service. They make you feel stupid while assisting you and the guy who assisted me is not doing this to me only because even last week he was assisting some lady who was in front of me. His attitude is bad to be working with people. Last week I thought that maybe he is having a bad day but no, his attitude is bad.
