Bad customer service

Paid my contract in September via EFT my phone was suspended for over a week after paying, sent 1000 proof of payments to all different consultants and till date my query has not been dealt with dez no excalations department they say from de stores bad service and they don't care about customers they all say its not me disappointed with such a big brand like MTN.
