Bad customer service at mtn parow centre

I bough a samsung a30s at mtn in promenade mitchells plain and two weeks later the screen weet blank i took the phone to parow centre mtn december the 18th and they informed me i would wait two weeks then the lady Anthea said the phone only weet in for assessment warranty the 23rd december. I was there again now recently and stil i was told 21 working days to wait its nw 3weeks i was told again i sound wait til tommorow the 17th January jus to find out that my phone was only send in January the 6th 2020 which means the Anthea lieg she never did her job right and yet i paid cash for my phone. Anthea TOLD me because i only had the phone two weeks that it would be replaced and stil i have no phone. To think i even have a contact by mtn and i never missed a payment either way wat kind of service is this. I wouldnt advise anyone to buy a phone at mtn in parow centre there service is bad.
