Bad Customer Service at MTN Maponya mall

MTN Maponya Mall I m not an MTN customer, so 16:30 on the 6th of January 2024, i went to the shop to enquire about their data deals, but the shop was already closed before time, though their operating hours states that they close at 17:00, one guy came to open for one of their staff member who stepped out, the guy could not even bother to look at us, or ask if there is a way that he can help us, he was just soo rude, like he owns the store. In addition there was about 6 customers who needed service, none of us were assisted. I was considering to become an MTN Customer, but changed my mind.
