Bad customer service and ruining peoples credit score

I’ve been a customer of MTN the past 3 years So they are really treating me low They say they handed me over to Vericred and Vericred says they don’t have my account and I want to pay that account but MTN is giving runaround Their customer care and legal team are the worst
