Bad customer service and refused with the refund

Refused with the refund and bad customer service I bought a intouch adapter which seems to be overheating when charging my phone I bought it on 5 august the 30 days wasn’t due they refused to give me my refund and forced to give me same adapter .i called headoffice tgey did not answer
