Bad customer service and lies

I called in last week to take a router month to Month deal and then I asked what is the ping speed per ms and I was advised they don't know. From sales I must ask customer care and I was then supposed to be transferred then line cut I called customer care and they advised they would check and call me. Back before 5pm last week it's been more than 5 working days and no feedback now. How will I take a deal with them. While they don't even know. What they are selling bad service at mtn
