bad customer service and false advertising

they advertise apple iPad tablets in there catalog thats on special but when you get to a store and request the iPad they say they dont have stock and i went to two stores the first was maa@reds and then to Centurion mall and both stores said they dont have stock the one at the Reds went as far as to tell me they dont keep any stock but the worst is even online they dont have stock what the f*#k how can you advertise and not have stock i find this rather *** and hell there store customer service is rather sh@t .
